Introduction
Hello, and thank you for reading my profile.

I have been a practising complementary therapist for over 20 years.

Initially qualifying in Swedish Massage (VTCT), later qualifying with a Diploma in Sports Massage (ITEC) in July 2010, in order to concentrate on more remedial work for those suffering from specific tension in the neck, shoulders, back, sciatica etc

In May 2021, I also achieved The John Gibbons Body Master certificate in The Vital Shoulder Complex Masterclass.
I have had a great deal of success with problems to the neck and shoulders (rotator cuff), and also hip and back pain referred from IT band
also sports enthusiasts who incur problems to their IT band/lower back.
